  Saturday, February 17, 2018, my family I went to this location with the intent to purchase a sofa that we looked at the previous weekend. This was a replacement, and the sales person Bella was very helpful but she gave us inaccurate info. She advised that we had a protection plan, and the schedule a service tech to verify the damage on our existing sofa and because it is discontinued we would get credit towards the new sofa. We left the location and I call the 1-800 number as we went to our next stop, 15 minutes on hold, talking to a live person she tells me that the protection we had was for food/beverage, and does not cover the sunken portion of our sofa, even though I verified the problem with Bella, and she confirmed we were covered. At this point, I made the decision not to give my business to this company going forward, but as a sales manager, I wanted to give feedback to the store manager of my experience so they can train and correct. Called The Colony location, talked to a customer service associate, asked to speak to a manager, explained why, and the rep told me that the manager would not speak to me, and that I needed to call the Frisco store to resolve the protection plan issue, because I purchased my original sofa from that store. I told the rep, that the sofa that sits in my house was transacted at their location in 2015, and my original sofa from 2014 was purchased from the Frisco store, which The Colony store set up the exchange for under warranty. The store manager (Brian Bagan) still refused to speak to me at this point. I called the 1-800 once again, this time got a hold of a supervisor, she again advised me to go to the Frisco store, and I told her I have no intention of going to any of their stores and I wanted to file a complaint of discrimination by the store manager of The Colony store, and expected a call from a regional/district manager within 48 hours. 48 hours have now gone by and I have not received a call so I am moving on to my next step. Went to a store with the intent to spend a couple of thousand dollars, and now my goal is to deter 10 times that in negative business lost. Good luck dealing with this company, and specifically this location.

  Just had a great experience here. Purchased a bed for my daughter. The staff was helpful and present without being pushy. My only minor critique is that the first sales person tried to sell me a mattress that cost more than the bed itself. However, the second sales person I worked with listened when I explained that I was not going for a high grade mattress for a young child, and she directed me to some more realistic mattresses. The selection is great here. We had actually looked at Nebraska Furniture Mart across the street and were a little disappointed in their selection, so I find it funny that “reviews” on this page keep directing people to NFM (which makes me doubt their veracity, but that’s another issue ...). Our bed was delivered today exactly when they said it would be, in great condition, and it was set up within 30 minutes. I’m happy, and I think my daughter will be as well.

  My husband and I were greeted by Ahmed right away. We told him what we were looking for, he let us look freely on our own and told us to contact him with any questions. It was great, we took our time no pressure. Delivery is only $50 and it comes fully assembled. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ahmed.
